Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026): Ekphrasis: An Art History Graduate Journal

Founded in 2025 by the graduate students of the Department of the History of Art and Architecture at Tufts University, Ekphrasis: An Art History Graduate Journal intends to provide a platform for innovative, diverse, and original art historical research and writing. Our inaugural issue, published May 2026, is comprised of academic essays, book reviews, exhibition highlights, and a section spotlighting the collections housed at the Tufts University Art Galleries and Tisch Library.
